(MyQuincyArea.Com) Hannibal, Mo - A Hannibal, Mo man was arrested for crossing Broadway Street Hannibal without any clothing. 41-year-old Keith Yahne has been charged with indecent exposure.
Reports show that Hannibal police are the ones that caught the guy and immediately arrested him at the 300 block of Broadway. According to officers, Yahne lost a bet and that's why he did what he did.
