(MyQuincyArea.Com) Hannibal, Mo - The Hannibal Police Department is warning parents to use caution after a suspicious person was reported near a school in Hannibal.
Reports show that a 5 year old girl was walking home from Stowell School alone on Friday afternoon when a white male driving a blue car offered to give her a ride. The child ran away and later told a parent and around 4PM officers were notified about the incident. No other witnesses related to the incident have come forward at this time.
The information became public, so the public would be aware of the reported incident.
