(MyQuincyArea.Com) Clayton, IL - 22 year old, Brianne Buss of Clayton, IL is being charged with aggravated DUI in a fatal crash that occurred Saturday Morning.
Reports show that at about 4am Buss was driving on Highway 24, just east of Paloma, IL when she drove over the center line and collided with a car driving westbound by lesa Dee Richmiller.
Richmiller was pronounced dead on scene, and the passenger, a juvenile in her car was transported to Blessing Hospital for treatment.
Buss was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence and improper lane usage. The head on collision is still under investigation by the Illinois State Police Traffic Crash Reconstructionist.
